ILR BOARD e-Meeting MINUTES
June 11, 2009

The ILR Board received an email from Father Ryan Scott containing his letter of resignation from the ILR Board on June 10, 2009. The board reviewed the letter and accepted the resignation via email. Mark Smith, President of the ILR, contacted Father Ryan Scott to let him know that we accepted his resignation.

According to the bylaws of the ILR, the candidate receiving the next highest number of votes fills the vacancy of the board position. Bill Safreed was contacted and accepted the vacant position on June 11, 2009. Bill will be installed at the next regular board meeting, which will be the Face-to-Face in Kalispell, MT on June 29-July 2, 2009.

All communications regarding the matter were made and approved via email on June 10 and June 11, 2009.
