ILR International Llama Foundation (ILF) Annual Meeting
June 29, 2009

Call to order at 2:05 a.m. MDT. Board members Mark Smith, Kathi McKinney, Bill Safreed, Mary Jo Miller, Kristy Brown and Registrar Jan Wassink present.

The ILF board reviewed the financials for the ILF for 2008 and 2009. The amount in the ILF is $5689.72.

A resolution was made to move the funds for ILF from the existing bank (Valley Bank, Kalispell, MT) to the same financial institution as the ILR accounts (Whitefish Credit Union, Kalispell, MT). 

The board discussed the paperwork necessary to maintain the ILF in the state of Oregon and is paid through the ILR.

The ILF is 501(c)3 and funds can be used to fund research and educational programs. A motion was made to use the ILF to fund the Future Farmers of America (FFA) convention education booth. The FFA payment for 2009 is $725. Motion by Kathi and second by Bill.  Motion passed unanimously.

Motion to adjourn ILF meeting at 2:16.  Motion by Mary Jo and second by Bill.  Motion passed unanimously.

Next meeting will be at the ILR Face-to-Face in 2010.
