The annual meeting of the ILF was called to order by Vice-president, Karen Baum.

Kathi McKinney reported that there was $7143.51 in the ILF account. No payments have been made since the donation that was sent to Morris Animal Foundation to help support the alpaca genome project.

Elections were held. Karen Baum was elected as President, Sally Rucker, Vice President, Mark Smith, Treasurer, Sally Taylor, Secretary.

There was discussion about the ILF being a 501c-3 organization and able to accept endowments and donations to be used for education and research. Because the funds in ILF are ear-marked for education and research it would be feasible to use some of the money for a display that can be easily transported to events to promote the ILR and llamas.
