Annual Meeting
Amador Fairgrounds
June 24, 2005

The annual meeting of ILR was held in conjunction with the LANA Expo held at the Amador County Fairgrounds in Plymouth, CA.

 Before the annual meeting Jan Wassink gave a powerpoint presentation of the state of the Registry which included memberships, registrations and general trends as reflected by business conducted by llama owners with the Registry.  He fielded questions from the members of LANA.

 Treasurer Kathi McKinney passed out financial statements and gave a report on the ILR financial situation.

 Following the Annual Meeting Karen Baum and Sally Taylor presented programs to the group in attendence.

 The BOD spent the rest of the day visiting with LANA conference organizers and attendees

 Meeting was adjourned at 11:00 AM, PDT.
