Face-to-Face Meeting - June 30, 2001

The ILR/BOD l face-to-face meeting continued following the Annual Meeting. Present: Karen Baum, Kathi McKinney, Jack Moore, Sally Rucker, Sally Taylor, Jan Wassink, Registrar and Art Kennel Board member-elect.

1. Press Release Approval
   The Press Release dated 6/29/01 was approved and will be distributed via e-mail and mail to all newsletters and publications next week.
2. Bylaws Revision Discussion
   There was discussion of bylaws revisions. Discussion will be continued in January.
3. Policy Book Review
   The policy book was reviewed and will be sent to the membership with the ILReport.
