ILR Annual Meeting
June 5, 2002

West Coast Hotel - Kalispell, MT

Meeting called to order at 11:00 AM MDT. Present: Karen Baum, Jack Moore, Art Kennel, Sally Rucker, Sally Taylor and Jan Wassink, Registrar. No ILR members attended.

Presidents Report - Sally Rucker, Pres.
During the past 12 months the following goals were attained:

• Formed the Government Relations Committee

• Discontinued Second-Generation requirements

• Moved the office to the new Meridian building

• ILReport is coming out in a timely fashion and is being supported by paid advertising

• Bar-coding is working successfully for DNA analysis

• Fee reduction from $40 for animals 12-24 months to $25.00

• Enhanced web site services including animal searches, research information, BOD Meeting minutes, demographic statistics, poisonous plant research and much more.

Treasurer’s Report - Karen Baum, Treas.
The Meridian Building has been paid in full.

Election Results
Jan Wassink announced that Sally Rucker was the successful candidate for the ILR BOD.

Motion: Art Kennel. Adjourn the Annual Meeting. Second: Jack Moore. 5 Ayes.
