ILR 2003 Annual Meeting - Kalispell, MT

Meeting called to order at 11:00 AM MDT   by Jack Moore, President.  Present:  Karen Baum, Art Kennel, Jack Moore, Sally Rucker, Sally Taylor, Jan Wassink, Registrar and Alan Schmautz, IT Manager. 

Jack Moore, President-elect opened the meeting.  He announced the newly elected member of the board, Sally Taylor.  The officers for the following year are:  Jack Moore, President, Art Kennel, Vice President, Karen Baum, Treasurer and Sally Taylor, Secretary.

Karen Baum presented the treasurer’s report:

Total Income $643,075.21
Total Expenses $517,842.52
Net Income $125,232.69

Karen pointed out that the full financial report is scheduled appear in the ILReport.

Meeting adjourned at 11:30 AM .
