Confirmation of Ownership

The ILR recorded dates of ownership do not coincide with the signatures of the registration form so the cria cannot be registered at this time (see ILR Policy 7.D). In most cases the owner of the sire or dam failed to provide accurate dates for the transfer of ownership. Note that the date of acquisition is the date on which the owner in question takes responsibility for the breeding decisions concerning that animal.

Please correct the information shown below and provide the necessary signatures so we can update our files and complete the registration. Send this form, filled out with the corrected history and signature, along with the listing document and a $25 Confirmation of Ownership fee (ILR Policy 20.O) to upgrade to Registered class.

Be aware that even if you are not the owner in question it is your responsibility to forward this document to that owner and to have it returned to the ILR with the appropriate fee.
